SOULEAH Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your SOULEAH piece as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

 

• Returns: You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure they’re unused and in the original packaging. Custom pieces can’t be returned.

• Refunds: Once we get your return, we’ll check it and issue a refund to your original payment within about a week. Shipping isn’t refundable unless your item arrived damaged.

• Exchanges & Damaged Items: Got a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days at souleahllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

• How to Return: Email us first at souleahllc@gmail.com, we’ll guide you through the process.
